Dental Membership Plans

Our affordable dental membership plans are designed to help individuals and families receive high-quality dental care while staying within budget. Enjoy access to essential preventive services and discounted dental treatments without the limitations of traditional insurance.

Membership Plan Details

A one-time registration fee and the first month’s payment are due at the time of enrollment. All dental membership fees are non-refundable. Any additional treatment costs are due on the day services are provided.

Each dental savings plan is valid for one full calendar year, beginning on the registration date. Coverage automatically expires at the end of the membership term.

Please note that a $50 missed appointment fee may apply if appointments are canceled or rescheduled without at least 48 hours’ notice.

Exclusions and Limitations

Dental membership plan benefits cannot be combined with any other dental insurance or discount programs, including senior or cash-payment discounts.

The membership plan does not cover specialist referrals, dental treatment related to workplace injuries covered by workers’ compensation, or procedures deemed outside the treating dentist’s scope of care.
